$125 per 50-minute session.
Insurance
I am in-network with United Healthcare, TriCare, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I also work with several other insurances on an out of network basis. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. When contacting your insurance company about your mental/behavioral health benefits, you’ll want to find out whether you have a deductible, what your copay is, and if your insurance company requires an authorization prior to you receiving counseling services.
Payment
Cash, check, Paypal and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a $65 fee. Thank you for your understanding.
