Gina CampbellAre you tired of feeling depressed, worried and overwhelmed by life? Do you want to make changes but are having trouble getting motivated or finding direction?

Welcome to my practice website. I hope we’ll have the chance to connect about your life and the challenges you currently face. I specialize in helping women of all ages grow through life’s difficulties and transitions. My goal is to help you grow, heal and thrive in your life and relationships. Whatever you’re going through right now, you don’t have to face it alone. I will work with you in an authentic, practical and supportive way to help you untangle your thoughts and emotions so that you can gain clarity and insight into who you are and who you want to become. I know that sometimes life gets out of balance and becomes overwhelming. Counseling can help you:

  • Mobilize yourself out of depression.
  • Lower your stress level.
  • Manage your moods more effectively.
  • Set goals and gain the confidence to go after the life you want.
  • Gain insight into who you are.
  • Cope effectively with times of transition in your life.

The process of counseling offers many gifts: An increased sense of who you are. Feeling more decisive about what you want in life and how to go about getting it. Improved self-esteem and self-image. Clarity about how to approach and improve the relationships in your life. A sense that you are in control of your emotions rather than the other way around. Having the confidence that no matter what happens in life, you can handle it. Learning not just why things are the way they are but also learning how to go about making changes.

Feel free to explore these pages to learn more about me and my practice. And don’t forget to check out the Resources page where I’ve listed lots of books and websites that I think you’ll find helpful whether or not you ever set foot in a therapist’s office.

Be well.

Warmly,

Gina
